Shipping and Collections:

Rosa Rose Flor deliver to a 15km radius of Richmond 5 days a week. If you arrive at the checkout and are not able to deliver to your desired postal code, please contact us via email at info@rosaroseflor.comor phone on 0421134637 to organise.

 

 All weekday orders must be in by 11.00am for same day delivery.

For Saturday deliveries, all orders must be in by 11.00am Friday.

Rosa Rose Flor do not guarantee any times for deliveries, however, you are able to request a time frame in notes and we will do our best to meet it. Rosa Rose Flor are closed on Victoria public holidays, and any other days we are not delivering, you will not be able to order on the website.

 

 When placing your order, we request as many recipient details as possible to ensure a smooth delivery. If the order is unable to be delivered and has to be returned to Rosa Rose Flor, we will be in touch to organise payment for a return and re-delivery fee.

 

For businesses: Rosa Rose Flor must always have the recipients phone number and have the authority to contact the recipient if necessary.

Please ensure the recipient is at the business to receive the delivery. If the business is closed, or they are not there to receive the delivery and there is no one who can accept the flowers on their behalf, the flowers will be returned to Rosa Rose Flor and be redelivered the following day, for an extra return and delivery fee.

 

For residential: Rosa Rose Flor must always have the recipients phone number and have the authority to contact the recipient if necessary.

If the recipient is not home and we are unable to leave the flowers safely, the flowers will be returned to Rosa Rose Flor and redelivered the following day, for an extra return and delivery fee. This is why we often contact the recipient prior if we deem the address unsafe (apartment, intercom etc.) to leave the flowers, so we do not come across any of these issues.

 

Hospitals: Rosa Rose Flor arrangements are delivered to the appropriate reception of where the recipient is. We do not deliver directly to patient's rooms and what happens to the flowers following leaving them at the reception is not in our control.

Rosa Rose Flor, is not a retail shop and collections from the Rosa Rose Flor HQ are only available if organised prior via email or phone.

 

Bridal Store products are available for delivery and collection from Rosa Rose Flor HQ in Richmond.

Collection must be arranged via phone or email prior and is only available between 9.00am – 11.00am. Please note, if you select collection of Rosa Rose Flor bridal products, once they have left Rosa Rose Flor HQ, Rosa Rose Flor are not responsible for themor anything that happens to them during transport.

 

Due to the nature of bridal flowers and the time requests often associated with them; Bridal Store products do not have the same delivery fees as RRF store products. If you wish to have your bridal store products delivered please call us on 0421134637 to request a delivery quote.

Sizing:

Rosa Rose Flor do not guarantee any measurements of products. The images on the website simply provide a size guide, but given the ever-changing nature of flowers, the size of a product can sometimes change with it.

 

RRF Shop:

In the details of each product, it states what the size is of the product featured in the image. 

Please remember each product image may feature a different size.

There are 5 different size options for each RRF Store product.

 

S - Stands for Small and the perfect option for 'it's the thought that counts'.

 

M - Stands for Medium and is a lovely size to give and receive.

 

L - Stands for Large and is our most popular option. It is impressive but a great option if you don't want to go over the top.

 

XL - Stands for Extra Large and is the perfect gift if you really want to impress!

 

XXL - Stands for Extra Extra Large and is the ideal arrangement if you really want to go that bit further than impress and 'WOW' someone!

 

Bridal Store:

Every product image in the RRF Bridal store features the largest size available, (being the 'Bride' bouquet or 'Groom' buttonhole).

 

The 'Bridesmaid' is very similar to the 'Bride' but is slightly smaller in size and doesn't feature as many premium blooms.

 

The 'Other' buttonhole is very similar to the 'Groom' but is more simple, featuring slightly less detail and embellishment.

The nature of choosing Rosa Rose Flor:

Through selecting Rosa Rose Flor flowers of any type, you are putting your full trust in us to use our best judgement, to create a beautiful and appropriate arrangement of a similar style to the product image of the product you've selected. As flowers are a product of nature and always changing, what you see in the photographs is just an example to indicate colours/general style and your arrangement will never be identical to the product images.

 

Rosa Rose Flor do not offer refunds if you simply believe the product is of a different size/style/colour/flowers to what you had imagined.  – If ever you have questions about what flowers will be featured or what size the product will be for a particular day, please contact us via email at info@rosaroseflor.combefore placing your order.

 

All flowers have different life spans and Rosa Rose Flor are not responsible if your flowers do not last as long as you wanted. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your product/s, we must receive images and a description via email at info@rosaroseflor.comwithin 48 hours of the delivery being made. In this instance, refunds may be considered. Please note, we can always decipher if the flower has been of bad quality or simply not followed our care instructions. If the recipient has not followed the appropriate care instructions available on our website, they do not fall under the same category as bad quality stock and a refund will not be offered.

 

In addition, if an arrangement is deemed safe by us to leave at an address/in appropriate weather conditions, we are not responsible for what happens to the flowers if they are left out and unattended to for an unreasonable amount of time.
